Shipping policy

We are excited to offer FREE shipping on all orders over $200 within Canada only. Orders shipping within Canada UNDER $200 is a flat rate of $20 that will be charged at checkout. 

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after your order is placed. 

Please ensure your mailing address and email are correct at checkout as we are not able to make changes to this once the package has been shipped

Once the package is shipped we are not responsible for any shipping delays.

Package says delivered but I can’t find it?

For missing packages please contact your local post office. Journey Co. is not responsible for any lost merchandise. Please reach out to our team and we are more than happy to help assist with the recovery of your package.

My package was stolen, what should I do?

We recommend contacting your local authorities immediately. Journey Co. is NOT responsible for any stolen packages.
